By accessing or using EntitySignal Browser™ ("Service," "Platform") at entitysignal.pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

EntitySignal Browser™ is an AI-powered entity intelligence platform that analyzes how AI systems interpret, trust, recognize, and recommend brands, businesses, people, organizations, and products across the web. The Service provides entity intelligence reports, relationship mapping, cluster analysis, and related research tools.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Free Plan. The Free plan provides limited access to entity analyses and platform features as described on our Pricing page.

Pro Plan. EntitySignal Pro is a paid monthly subscription billed at the rate shown on the Pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

Payments. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file on a recurring basis.

Cancellation & Refunds. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform without authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any disruptive software
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair it

The EntitySignal platform, including its intelligence algorithms, scoring systems, entity data, relationship maps, visual design, and branding (including EntitySignal Browser™, Relationship Intelligence™, Cluster Intelligence™, and related marks) are the exclusive property of EntitySignal and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own research and business intelligence purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from platform content without our express written permission.

Entity intelligence reports, scores, and relationship data are generated using automated AI analysis and are provided for informational and research purposes only. EntitySignal does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any intelligence data. You should independently verify any information before making business decisions.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENTITYSIGNAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the applicable jurisdiction.
